So far I've run across four bugs. First, when talking to Kanker I got stuck in a dialog loop. I fixed that by going to see Jezebel Locke first. Other bugs - I just got the museum mission, but no sign of Heather. I never met her at the medical clinic, and I've looked in all the rooms that I could access. She never appeared after I got downtown. Third bug I haven't been able to work around is that there's no sign of Venus' Russians in the Empire Hotel's parking lot, even though I've done Fat Larry's, uh, quest. Another bug is Pisha's victim...he just isn't there. I left him upstairs in the hospital, found Pisha, had a chat with her, and he was gone when I got back to the entrance. He's not in his apartment either. So, does anyone have a console code to make Heather, the Russians, or Milligan appear where they're supposed to be?

Oh, yeah, I have the 1.2 patch installed.

About your bugs:
1. as you said - you allready solve it
2. Heather - you need to talk with Mercurio about vampire blood and its healing power - then you may feed your blood to Heather
3. Venus's Russians - did you talk to Venus and recived A Confession Quest? Only after that will they apear in parking lot.
4. It may be stupid but... When you climb back in hospital to where you left Milligan did you find his bussines card? If you did't he wouldn't be in his closet. I know that is stupid but that's the way game works...

2. That conversation option was a long time ago. I'd hate to reload a save from that far back. Am I missing anything by not getting Heather? Is there a console code to activate her?
3. Got the Russians to show up - thanks for the tip.
4. Found him! Missed him at first until I reread your post. Cheeky bugger was hiding in his closet.
