Advancement Tables

Does anybody know if there exists a published list of the tables of various class advancement (ie which bonus feats are given when and stuff like that)?
They were in the KotOR booklet but not in the KotOR II booklet which made it more difficult to plan a character (it makes it good the first time through actually because I feel more like I'm roleplaying it rather than power gaming but eventually I'll want to go through it power gaming and that needs planning)
