I'm currently on Nar Shaddaa, and cannot trigger the meeting with the exchange.

I've battled the Red Eclipse invasion on the Ebon Hawk and turned them back, and according to the Gamebanshee walkthrough, once I've done enough to make the Exchange 'want my head', and I've battled the Red Eclipse, upon leaving the Ebon Hawk one of the Exchange (Visquis) is supposed to contact me to meet up.

Now I think my game has become screwed up because there are to Atton's about - the one inside the ship, and he's also stood on the landing pad outside - whether or not I select him in my party. Now a cutscene involving Atton was cut short by an autosave, so perhaps thats where this problem arose.

As far as I can recall though I've done:
Pestered the Exchange about easing up on the refugees;
Agreed to help the Huts against the Exchange;
Gotten rid of the Exchange merchant from the Landing Pad area;
Beaten all the pazaak players;
Paid Kallah-Nah to increase my notoriety with the Exchange (she confirms that they want my head; dead or alive);
Interrupted the Exchange's dodgy deal and killed them all;

I've done more but thats all I can remember.

Is there anything I'm missing?

Although I have not run into your specific problem. It has been my experience with this game so far that there are some 'game killing' bugs. I know of an instance where the door to the Queen's room on Onderon didn't open as scripted and that was it for the game. You couldn't do anything else. My point is that, there are quite a few bugs and maybe you ran into one. I hope you have been saving frequently in new slots because reloading may be your only solution. In my example, my wife had to reload 3 hours back, and was not happy.

Save often with newly released games, especially when it your first time through, because you'll not know when a scripted event didn't go right.

Sorry I wasn't any specific help to you, but hopefully my post will help someone avoid the frustration of having to reload back on Citadel Station.

Cheers anyway, I tend to race through games and complete them fairly quickly without saving much. Guess this will teach me.

And you'll miss so much of the depth of a good RPG rushing through it...

Yep, I ran into this bug too. It's definitely a game killer if you don't have a save that goes back far enough. Although, from the sound of it, you may not be all lost. I'm pretty sure that as long as kallah-nah actually gives you an answer when you ask where you stand with the exchange then you're probably still in the game. However, if you simply get kicked out of the conversation when you ask then you've passed the point of NO-INVITATION.

I've found that the safest way to make sure you get Visquis' invitation is to do very little on Nar-Shadaa when you first arrive. Pay kallah-nah to put in a word with the exchange and then go exploit the infinite XP with The Exchange boss in charge of the Refugee Sector (I forget his name). After you exploit it a few times you'll have gained enough notoriety to get the invitation. After you get obducted and have to fight the Twin Suns with Atton you regain control of your character and are able to pretty much any side mission you want on the smuggler's moon before you head to the Jek Jek Tarr. It's kind of Bass Ackwards, but it's the most reliable way I've found to do it.

Guys I got the answer for people who are stuck on Nar Shadaa. I was reading the thread and I saw that the trigger bug was maybe due to changing areas. So I remembered that I didnt access refugee by the "normal" way ; the door that can be access from the main area ( where' the ebon hawk is ). So as I walk to the door, a cutscene appears and I could now proceed the game! Try to walk to different areas on foot, it will work for sure!
