I want to make a gun wielding Toreador and I was wondering if there's any point in maxing Perception and Auspex for the Perception bonus. I guess this question would be pertinent for Gangrel who use Protean and maxed out Stamina too (Warform gives a Stamina boost). Thanks in advance.

Yes the bonus stacks.
With auspex 5 you can get 13 ranged for example.
