Lost But Not Forgotten

Jhani - The dark diciple from the first that if you played light side, renounced the darkside and come on the quest to follow the ways of the force. In KotoR 2 there are no mentions to her, does this means she belongs to the list of Dead, or to the list of gone hiding.

Jolee Bindu(oo) - Now his mentioned by the guy on Daintooine as having a big adventure sometime ago and was recorded on Jedi Holocron - possibly when he was younger as with age came the cryptic annoying old geezer that followed around and moaned abit.

Zaalbar - No Kashyyk for us to visit but I wonder if he did go home and take the spot of clan leader alongside his father?

Mission Vao - Where Big Z goes she does, so does that mean she on Kashyyk as well? or maybe she and Big Z are republic officer/diplomats for the Kashyyk system... who knows

in the exception of Jolee I would have liked to have known what had happened to the ones that never made an appearance - not hard to have given a breif statement - even if it an unlockable cut-scene you can only get playing one certain side Light or Dark

Spoilers:

Depending of how you set Revan, all but four of your former teammates might be dead, and three of these four end up in your party again. For Carth and Bastila, they made two different KotOR 2 stories with Bastila being either light or dark, and Carth being either dead or alive. Those you mention are also dead, if Revan was dark, so Obsidian would have to create backgrounds for them which also came into play only if Revan were light, so they probably didn't bother. My personal ideas:
-) Zaalbar succeeded his father Freyyr as Chieftain of Rworrkrrorro Village, taking Mission as personal advisor with him;
-) Jolee Bindo self-exiled him again and survived the Jedi killings due to his long training in staying hidden. Only this time, he took a certain young Cathar Padawan with him to be trained in a more balanced approach to the Force. Of course Bindo officially was no Master, so he wouldn't be allowed to have a Padawan, but do you think this would bother him? ;)

Although I was rather thinking of a Master-Padawan relationship than of a more intimate one, this might be possible since Jolee's description of his late lamented wife's personality isn't too far from Juhani's.
Anyway, now that I think of it, all four of them might be on Kashyyyk, which might not be a bad place to survive because Freyyr declared it no-go territory for all off-worlders except Revan and his crew, so it would be difficult for Sion's assassins to sneak in, even if they had any clues that two Jedi might live there. Obsidian should bring back Kashyyyk for KotOR3 so we might have a look...

Would be interesting to see what becomes of Kashyyyk again... Zalbaar could have settled down and had mini Zalbaars and Mission is acting a Republic diplomat and has a nanny thing going on.

uh,budget cut?

If you played Dark Side in the first one you can have Zaalbar kill Mission and if you take Zaalbar with you on the star forge he'll revolt and you gotta kill him too,and if you join Evil Bastila than you kill off Juhani and Jolee anyway so everybody you listed was killed off if you were Dark Side.
