If you look on the GameBanshee weapon list, it sais that you can get the solari crystal. I can't find the solari , ultima-pearl, kaiburr, or silver. If you guys know any places where you have found them more than once, tell me.

There's certain bodies or containers that have either a crystal or saber upgrade but the loot is more or less random.

There a certain merchant that some say always sells a Silver Crystal if you meet certain goals but on my third pass through that merchant sold me a Viridian Crystal.

Virtually every item in the game is completely random, except for a select few: the HK parts you find for example, or a few basic items like med-packs at merchants. Unless of course its a quest item.

Which can be annoying, when you get 3 "Bindo's band"s, even though there should only be one. Too many random items overall I think, although its not necessarily a bad idea.

Random loot I guess kept development time down so they could spend more time on the story instead of planning out where every piece of loot should go

But it's still irritating

The best way to find these crystals is to save Dantooine until you have a high level. I found Solari as a random drop once mid-way through the game, but the others are harder. That means going without your personal crystal for a while, but you shouldn't have any problem without it really...

One time I used the infinite hssiss exploit on Korriban and was level 40 when I went to the crystal cave. I got two Kaiburr crytals to go with my dual wielding sith lord... he was pretty scary.

In my last game I went back to Dantooine late in the game. Can't remember why, but I had some unfinished business there I think.

I checked up with the grey-haired female Merchant salvager who's located in the camp right outside the Jedi Academy just to see if she had anything of value and found a silver colored crystal for sale.

And I know for a fact that I did buy some stuff off her the first time I was on Dantooine, so it seems some of the merchants get more random supplies when you progress later in the game.

Might wanna check up on her if you're looking for the Solari crystal, because I bought one of those from her as well.

I found a Silver crystal early in the game on telos from one of the Duros I think it is Samham...I just remember that is isnt the one who sells pazzak cards.Otherwise most of the other crystals are random.I also managed to get a Qixoni Crystal from the smuggler on Onderon (restricted to dark side) if you take the open star port visa from bounty hunters who try to kill you and give it to the Twi'lek then give it to the smuggler,Sakari,choose to trade the crystal for the star port visa.It is a pretty good crystal ,You also reveive Dark Side Points for trading withe her.You can still trade the crystal for the credits and other stuff if you don't like it.
