You'll have to at least get to 9 yourself. There's hints and stuff 'till 8.
I got to like 12 or something a couple of months ago

Reading the source (rightclick on page (not image)) helps.

I'm also stuck in 8, the only thing I know is (highlight) you have to pronounce JAY PACK loudly, and then you hear jpeg or jpg. It has something to do with a hidden picture.

level 8 - In the source code it says:

ligns 1 & 2 are normal
lign 3 is the sound you hear: Also normal.
lign 4 is also a soundthing, but it doesn't add anything to the site
lign 5 is a hint, that you must change something
lign 6 is normal again.

jpg but I don't know how

No,
the link I posted: rightclick on it, 'save target as... '. Then change it. (You might have to change your mapoptions so the extentions of known filetypes are shown.)
