I know how to bring the console down and all, is there a certain place in the game that you have to use it? I also have the problem of the game freezing completely and I can see my cursor still on the screen. I tried pressing the escape button but it does nothing. I just wondered how I can get it to work right. thanks

Only use the tilde (~) to open & close console or it will freeze your screen...
