I know there is one in the hutts vault on Nar Shaddaa.

And you can buy one off of the guy that barricaded himself in a room
on Dantooine in the Enclave Sublevel.

And one at the end of the secret tomb on Korriban.

You also seem to get one every time you talk to a Jedi Master that is
if you decide not to kill them.

So my question is does anyone else know where there are nonrandom
lightsabers in the game?

I've gotten one from the husband who's looking for his wife on Nar Shaddaa (Lootra?), Mandalore after completing all the little quests he sends you on to earn respect and the dodgy doc dude you save from prison on Iziz.
