I lost part of the Kangaxx's body...damn it and i dont know where i lost it. So i want to use that cluaconsole thingy. Where can i get, how long does it take to download, and what do i need to input to get the legs and arms of the lich

CLUAConsole is already in the game, to activate it, go to your BG2 folder and open Baldur.ini. Add in "Debug Mode=1" - without the quotes - under Program Options. Now when you're in the game, press CTRL + SPACE, and then type in the codes you want.
In your case, type CLUAConsole:CreateItem("miscaw"), and then press enter, the item will appear in your character's inventory.

thx but i have one more question can i summon people and or monsters too? Can I go to different locations using it? A bug in the game prevents me from doing the astral plane quest and i want to create Haer'dalis and the other people? Plus i would like to summon the white dragon to get her blood? Any help would be appreciated

Yes you can do all of those things that you said, using CLUAConsole, the only thing is that you need to know the codes.
To summon people or monsters, use: CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("creature code")
To move to a certain area: CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("area code")

If you want to create Haer'Dalis,his codes are: Haer10, Haer11, Haer13 and Haer15. The numbers stand for his level.
To create the Silver Dragon, the code is: dragsilv

To move to the Astral Prison, the area code is: AR0516

Ok i know where to go to activate the cluaconsole but when i input Debug mode=1 and try to save it says either there isnt enough space or isnt allowed. Any ideas?

Check the file's property to see if the "Read Only" thing is on, if it is, then turn it off by unchecking the box. What does the file open with, when you double click on, mine opened with Note Pad. Also type in "Debug Mode=1", as it is written, the capitals need to be there.

If this doesn't work, send me the file and I'll try to see what's wrong.

Damn it says that the file's attributes can not be changed what the hell! I've done everything you said but everytime there is something preventing it! Please help me!

No, the installation size doesn't effect whether you can edit the file or not. You sure you sent it? It's been like an hour from your post, and I still haven't got it yet.
