completely stuck in telos save game "spoilers"

Hello! 
I am completely stuck on Telos and have no clue what to do. I play on the light side and i have given a beating to the bad guys who attacked the ithorian base. After this i should be getting a keycard from the Moza to enter the big boss room and kick the bad guys also in there but i cant remember getting any card and he will not offer it to me. Everytime i go to the docking bay 2 the ithorian just tell's me that the shuttle is not leaving because there is something they have to deal with the Czerka first. I am clueless and dont know what to do anymore. I have read different forums etc but cant find a solution. It might be that it is a bug and i have to start the game all over but if some of you Gurus could kindly check this out for me. Here is a link to the save game file for this situation.

The file has been scanned for viruses etc. with the latest F-secure software. Thanks in advance for all your help. May the force be with you
