Well I hear all this about people using the Sword of Aeons, but how do you do this? I've beaten Jack and tried to leave that room with the sword, but I can't open the door. If I choose not to throw in the sword nothing, but if I do throw it in... End Game.

SoA...
(SPOILER START)
to use the SoA, you have to kill your sister with it... the game should cut to an FMV, then to the Credits... let the Credits scroll through, without pressing Y to skip them, you might want to carry on with something else as they're very long! =|
after the Credits have finished, you should be back in the Guild with your current character... and the Sword of Aeons! =)
there's nothing left for you in the Guild now, so just go adventuring, killing stuff, making loads of money, blah blah...

i know...
shame that really... they should've put some special "post-game" Quests for you to do if you didn't press Y to skip the Credits!
even more "post-game" ideas =|

hmmm. maybe if they left the dragon cliffs quest in but put it as a post-jack thing?
would've been cool taking on a dragon with a totally maxed ou character wit skorms bow and the sword of aeons.
oh well....

it would've had to be full size though, no half-assed puny thing... like twice the size of Arachanox! or more! =D
