how do you like the alignment thingy?

i think it would be cool in addition to have a dmg bonus for extreme dark side and maybe a dmg reduction for extreme light side.
did u notice any major or minor benefits from being up or down on alignment?

more perks and feats for better lightsaber handling....i want to be better than Tulak Hord on handling the Lightsaber.

I got two additions for darkside mastery.I got +50 to force and 1-8 on attack or something like that.It was weird though.

If I recall correctly:
Consulars get a FP bonus
Guardians get a damage bonus
Sentinels get a stat bonus
And the closer you are to light side mastery, the less points it takes to use lights side powers. And vice versa for the dark side. I think.

Jedi Sentinal/Watchmen > +3 CON
Jedi Guardian/Jedi Weapon Master > +3 STR
Jedi Consular/Jedi Master > +3 WIS
Sith Marauder > +1 to 8 extra damage
Sith Assassin > +3 DEX
Sith Lord > +50 Force Points
(found on a guide from gamefaqs)
Bonuses from your original class stack. According to the guide, it doesn't matter for the bonus whether you're fully dark or fully light.

OK, to correct that a little (I know that's what the walkthrough says, but it is misleading).
If you start with a Jedi Guardian and go to the dark side, you do not get +3 STR, you will get +1-8 damage bonus. When you get your prestige class and choose Sith Marauder, you'll get another +1-8 damage bonus. So the correct form of that table would be
Jedi Sentinal (LS)/Jedi Watchmen > +3 CON
Jedi Guardian (LS)/Jedi Weapon Master > +3 STR
Jedi Consular (LS)/Jedi Master > +3 WIS
Jedi Guardian (DS)Sith Marauder > +1 to 8 extra damage
Jedi Sentinal (DS)/Sith Assassin > +3 DEX
Jedi Consular (DS)Sith Lord > +50 Force Points

Oh, ok, I thought it was strange... so Zenemij was probably a Guardian/Sith Lord or a Consular/Maurader, right?

Yeah probably Zenemij did something like that. I haven't actually tested if you keep the bonuses from the original class though (it would be easy to test but I'm trusting the walkthruogh on this one).

Yes I was a Gaurdian/Sith lord.I had just figured it out myself.
