I'm stuck in Fuel Depot trying to access Asteroid Exterior. I got two voice logs from Fuel Depot console and Administration Level console. Where is the last one? Can't find (Walkthrough is not much help in this situation.).

before you go through the airlock to the outside you have to get a space suit that will automaticly equip once you go through the airlock.
Hope this helps

SPOILER
Remember the grey droid you met earlier (the one that was standing near the dead technician). Go talk to him about the technician lying on the ground and he will replay his dying screams for you.

Oh, you didn't understand the question. I asked where is the last peace of voice to record, I have found two.

Darth-Corran, no offence intended, but you really should read questions a little closer, not just the opening sentence, you seem to post a lot of irrelevant things because you didn't read everything that person was asking.
I had exactly this same problem but the other way round! I got HK-50's recording first without really realising, and became very frustrated because I thought he had the final print. And your right, the walkthrough could do with a little note making this clearer, took some searching.

Can anyone give me a possible solution? I tried all dialogs with HK droid and it offers no recordings.

Try talking to him about the last words of the guy, then let him say those and record them. After that you should be able to record the passcode.
