I'm in the Palace with the fight with Sarevok. But after a while a dude named Winski Perorate shows up, and kills my PC with one blast. No matter what I do, I can't stop him. Any tips?

He is supposed to come and teleport Sarevok away. Try loading an earlier game.

I think the auto-kill could be for if you go in and try and stop the ceremony without proper evidence.
