Is there really any reason to use items that give you this? You can't use any other items that require a higher Constitution than you have when unmodified, and it doesn't seem to affect any rolls.

It does affect your fortitude save rolls, and your maximum hit points. But since mostly everyone will want to have 18 constitution naturally (for the implant levels) con-boosting items are mostly useless except for keeping you alive a little longer.

I see intelligence-boosting items as even more useless, but they are only rarely found.
