If I want to construct double bladed lightsaber, do I need 2 crystals (i.e. red) on each end, or just one?

One would thing you'd need two lenses, two emitters and two crystals, yes. But you don't. Would be interesting though, a doulbe-bladed with two different colours.

you only need one cystal to make a double ended lightsaber.

Can I ask if the saber you get after finding a jedi master is always double bladed, because it took me AGES to find a single bladed one for kreia, ad my character dual weilds.

Sabers are, in theory, luck of the draw. My theory is that the in-game randomizer is broken. There are various reports that some people receive nothing but doubles and others who say they get nothing but shorties.

In may case, I got a nice mix of saber types but they were all purple.
