I seem to have completed all the quests, but I still haven't met the exchange. I'm after Goto's yat part. I've killed all the thugs in the refugee part, and Goto's second-in command. I reunited that lady with her husband, dealed with the merchants, and did all of the Feebi dude's quests. I've done some others, but I don't remember them. Now, I just walk around and when I talk to people they tell me how greatful they are. Am I missing something?

Keep on making trouble, there are a lot more of things to do. For example beating the Champ on pazaak, ruining the swoop race trick of the exchange (destroying the droid), talk to the duros merchant (only if you are lightsided, if you don't want to lose points on the dark) and take sides with the rodian female, etc. I had the same sensation in my second play throught but it was just temporal. When you have the sufficient "prestige" it doesn't metter where you are on Nar Shadaa, Atton will advice you to return to the Ebon Hawk and see a message.

Well if you're after Goto's Yacht, what exactly are you waiting for? You did meet the Jedi Master, right?

is that the time Atton says something like 'Let's go back to the ship, it's my way of getting out of here." There was also the time he shows that holographic message from the Jedi that told me to go to Dux, or wherever.

If you've finished Goto's yahct, that WAS the exchange "meeting". I assume you have because you get the return to Dxun message after completing another planet after Dxun. So basically you are done
