This probabaly a dumb question but,

I have just completed the mission where you blow up the warehouse for Tung.
I have been told to meet the Prince 'Downtown'. Is this downtown in santa monica?, or another area?. how do I get 'downtown' and where is the prince?. I have wandered all over santa monica and cant find him anywhere.
I read the walkthrough on this site, but it just says 'Meet the prince downtown'.

No worries. It's always the little things that screw us up.

Basically, you need to find a Taxi (there's one next to the Diner in Santa Monica) and take it "Downtown." LaCroix is waiting for you in the very tall building right next to where the cabbie will drop you off.
