When you give the unique artifact from Vivec to the last remining dwemer guy, he asks for a journal and a plan book, or something. He says they should probably be in some ruins somewhere.Does anyone know exactly which ruins to look in?!

They are in the Red Mountain region. BTW, I believe this topic has been covered before. Next time run a search.

They're both inside the ruin to (I think) the northwest of Dagoth Ur, which is the one which contains Kagrenac's Library
