Yesterday, while on Dantooine, after getting second part of lightsaber (form Joran) I returned to EH for the third part (from Visas). After the battle and all the conversations with Visas/Kreia/Handmaiden/Atton I talk to T3 and unlock the holo explaining part of Revan's history.
When I was ready to leave EH on the exit ramp appeard a image of Bastila (looking like Obi-Wan in episides V and VI). At first I thought it's some bug, but when I clicked on her cursor changed into head (just like it does when you select someone for conversation) and nametag appeared above her clearly identifying her as "Bastila" so I guess this is just another concept that didn't made into final version of the game .

P.S. I set Revan as a LS male.

Probably when you watched the holo from T3, a bug occured and the holo from Bastila didn't get deleted, and that's what you're looking at.

Like I said, I thought it was a bug at first also, but I watch the holo in engine room and apparition appeared at boarding ramp when I was about to leave Ebon Hawk.

Anyway how would you explain change of cursor from arrow to head and title "Bastila" that appeared above her head when I clicked on her?

The holovids you watch, are often displayed somewhere else than where you currently are, because they were probably recorded in that place. The cursor changes because the holo Bastila is a person who speaks. It does the same with other characters (bugs) on Nar Shaddaa.
