When ever i leave the ebon hawk now no characters faces show up in the charachter selection screen a message comes up saying: i am broken so very broken has anyone ever encounterd this problem before? I tried reloading uninstalling and everything!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I believe your save game is broken or corrupted, and you need to reload an earlier save. Check this out.
