I usually don't get rid of stuff like this but I'm most of the way through Watcher's Keep and have accidentally either lost, misplaced or sold the Circlet of Netheril and I'd really like to have Cespenar make the upgraded version for me. If anyone has the code, I'd appreaciate it if you'd either post it or send it to me. Thanks in advance.

You might want to check 'Skullport' for a more "up-to-date" item code listing for ToB.
