I am a Chaotic good Berserker. My party consists of myself, Minsc, Jaheira, Aerie, Anomen and Imoen. I don't want to drop Aerie necause she makes a very good backup mage and cleric( she's also my love interest).
So I decided to drop either, Minsc, Jaheira or Anomen. What I want is a powerful tank like Sarevok. Please give me some advice...

My advice: Drop Anomen. Not only is he incredibly annoying, but you really don't need anything that he can do. You've got Aerie, who can fill in quite nicely as your cleric/healer. Anomen can't use any of the more useful weapons (read: swords and bows), so Sarevok is more valuable to you as a fighter. I've always thought Anomen was dead weight so he'd be the first one I'd jetison.

I love Minsc and he's attached to Aerie as his witch, so I'd keep him. Minsc is also good to keep around as a brick, so he would make a good third fighter for you.

I kept Jahiera with me through Shadows of Amn (mostly for the story and side encounters), but let her go at the beginning of Throne of Bhaal. Like Anomen, she can't do anything for the party that Aerie can't do better. I also favour mages over clerics and druids, so I'd dump Jahiera for Nalia or Edwin.

i suggest drop ano and jah and nab ser and vic. vic is a GREAT cleric and will love her more later on. ser...well you know why since you want him. =)
