Can't reach the end

I have killed all the Bhaalspawn and completed all the quests. For some reason, when I try to go to the final area it says I am not ready as there are more challenges.
I have completed the challenges, however after I completed challenge 3, the area did not change. Neither did the area change for challenge 4 or 5.
Could someone tell me how to fix the problem, or at least move onto the next area.
Any help would be appreciated.
