Does anyone know if there is any model extraction, editing tools or anything for morrowind like there is for Halo etc, because i feel a speight of Morrowind hacking/editing coming along. and i havent a clue.

If you're playing the PC version, you should have received the CES with it, and it should be loaded on your computer. There are also various modding tool links here.

On the Xbox, no.

I'm pretty sure there are those modding options, but I'm an XBox guy, so I could be wrong.
