Guys/Gals i have lost Morte(kidnapped by 2 wererats) to Lothar but i have managed to get a replacement skull which is that of Soego.When i go back to Lothar He asks Me,"Have You Found a replacement?",My only available option to answer Him is,"Not Yet",that's despite having Soego's head in My inventory!I originally didn't kill Soego and i had to go back and do it by deliberately attacking him!I even tried that Wererat guy,Mantuok's skull after i poisoned him but i still get the same response?My version is the 2-disc version which is already patched to version 1.1,please help,thankyou in advance.

if i remember correctly, you have to go into your tomb and find out that there is no skull there, then tell him that there was no skull in the tomb. then i think it gives you the option to trade soego's skull for morte.

Do what Razzy said. Visit the ancient tomb (you enter through the Drowned Nations).Then return to Lothar. If for some reason that doesn't work, there are other skulls you can turn. Attaining one of them might trigger the correct dialogues. The easiest of these to attain is the wererat Mantuok, which can be reached from Lothar's home.
