A while back, I was looking up a word in the dictionary when what word should I come across, but Albion!! As it turns out, Albion is actually an informal term for adressing England ( ). Does this mean that Oakvale is really a medieval fantasy Liverpool and that Witchwood is really Ireland???????

Yes, Albion is an old world often used in classical poety or various tales to talk about Great Britain. For that matter, Lionhead and Big Blue Box are both based out of the UK, I believe. And, the game was obviously influenced by British folklore. Still, its probably a bit of a stretch to suggest the game is suppose to be medieval England. I believe its just its an entirely new fantasy setting, influenced by these other things.
