Wheres the girl at the hospital that i turned into a ghoul,i heard she was downtown but i have no idea where please help.

She will find you by herself after you return from Elizabeth Dane.
You have just to walk in front of Ventrue Building

btw, while we're at it, I heard she's
*might be a spoiler*
supposed to give you some sort of super armour, after the money-money-food gifts, but when she brought that guy and locked him up in the bathroom, I set him free and she hasn't been giving me anything since. is this because I kind of rejected one of her gifts, or just because she can't give me something every damn time?

She will give your armor if your visit her right after the Leopold Society. (Before you talk to the prince).
If you talk to the prince, she will disappear.

My ghoul just left! She gave me cash and brought that guy to me and then a while later she was gone.
It's not a big deal though. Has this happened to anyone else?

This happens at some point in everyone's game, if you have Heather. She will dissappear for a while. You'll run into her a bit later in the game.
You can actually get some fairly good armor from her (best in the game), but you'll need to talk her after the Society For the Preservation of Professors quest but before you have the conversation with the Prince that triggers the Hell at Hotel Hallowbrook quest.
