I cannot install them, nor the Refinement or Sarileth. All of them say "Cannot Find DIALOGUE.TLK". I have had them before (except Sari) and I like them, what to do?

Mm, that file, gets screwed up by "overmodding" your game. But usually i just get that "Permission denied" to dialog.tlk, and then i just install the Baldursdash (ToB only) Fixpack and... wuuuush it works. But, since you've been told that the file can't be found, hmm.

Have you tried searching for it your self?

Or else - There's always to ultimate solution, save all you "mods" in a map and reinstall baldurs gate, then install the newest update - baldurdash fixpack and then weidu mods. All mods has to be compatible, however (Weidu mods are often compatible)

I have not tried searching for it myself, and I do not think I have overmodded, the same mods have worked before (check my list on p.3 of the comprehensive modlist, and the order I install them in, Refinements is quite early in the installation process). And everything is brand new, downloaded during the last two days.

Have you tried contacting the authors of the mods? If they have a separate forum, perhaps you could post there. If not, consider email. I know we got a variety of BG2 modders checking in here, semi-regularly, but you shouldn't have to wait on that.

Have you checked this recent thread? It might help you out. If it doesn't, then you should ask the creators of the mod for help, just like fable suggested.

Have you tried simply uninstalling BG2 and starting over? It's possible something just got corrupted down the road, and you're in need of a fresh install. Regardless, if its G3 mods you're having trouble with (though Saerilith is CoM), I'd check out their forums - http://forums.gibberlings3.net/ Chances are, they are going to be much more helpful.

99 out of 100 times, the problem you describe is caused by not properly extracting the mod to your BG2 directory. Make sure you tell it to extract to the directory containing the file bgmain.exe.
