Look around. You may be looking at the rear wall. You may need points in Security to open the outer door, though. No offense, but that should be a given by this stage in the game.

The problem is when I want to open the door it says: This door is magnetically shut down etc...

Thats not supposed to happen. lol, hope you don;t mind me stating the obvious.
go back to your auto/last save and see if it still does it, if it doesn't work, you will have to restart, as magnetic doors cannot be opened.

if you have already done gotos ship then you should have killed (or not) master wot ever his name is and the door should be open already. Im confused. not much help i no.
