Meiyou, please don't bump a thread. If you get no reply, it's because no one has an answer for you.
I've done a web search, and the two links to Manveru I can find are both dead. It appears his website is gone, at least for now. For what it's worth, I suggest posting up on the Pocket Plane Group's forums, asking if anybody can provide you with the mod. I'd offer it myself, but I never downloaded it.
