You have to go to the temple of Helm. They will give you the quest there and will send one of their allies, a paladin of Tyr named Keldorn, to meet you in the sewers.

Rail:
Is Tyr the same as Torm? I've noticed these two gods refered to interchangably as the god of paladins, but I'm still in the dark with the forgotten realms gods (except for Bhaal
) What are they the god of? (e.g. Bhaal = murder, Waukeen = trade, etc)

I can't remember, exactly. They are two different gods, but I can't remember the differences. I think Tyr is more war-like, but both are Lawful Good. If anyone has access to Forgotten Realms info, please fill us in. I just remember being told by the priest of Helm that Keldorn was an ally of theirs on "loan" from Tyr.
