hi if alchemy is based on youre intelligence does this mean that the higher my int the more powerful the potions every time i make one.or is this consider cheating.

umm how can this possibly be considered cheating
do a search on alchemy and you can easily find many a post about it.

thank you i guess im going to make my int as high as possible to make powerful potions.
