When you become a sith does your face change to have paint on it? because I have seen pictures and the screensavers where the light and dark side of the person look different.
Thnx

Your apperance changes by committing dark side acts (i.e. falling more to the dark side). You don't actually get facial paint, I believe. You do get a more grayish skin color and some messed up eyes, among other features.
This site has a pretty interesting exploration on the effects of the dark side, though its nothing profound.

The changing of the colors on your'e face is a sign of the dark side's corruption. You are evil, Therefor you cannot look "Normal".

The dark side rots the flesh and corrupts the soul as well (wutever). And a dark jedi's dark side presence can corrupt his/her surroundings or objects like i.e. Juhani at the grove and Naga Sadow's poison blade. But that does'nt happen in the game does it?

But you're companion's can feel the dark side in you
