Need mod help

I'm still confused
on how to install mods and getting the items.
I tried creating C:/ProgramFiles/LucasArts/KotOR2/Override folder and placing the mods inside the override directly. Does this folder even work?

which mods?
I installed a few in C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\Override
and they worked for me.

To get some items you will need to cheat in the console to recieve them (check their readme's for details).

just paste the files diretly into the folder or create folders within override?

You probably know this, but I just thought I'd say you need to make the 'override' folder in the directory where KotOR 2 is installed. (which could be c
rogram files\etc, but doesn't need to be)
