hi theres a nord in tribunal thats almost naked because he says its to hot.my question is can you make it snow in tribunal with the weather machine to make the nord happy.

You should be able to create some rain and a thunderstorm but that would probably be the closest you'll get to snow.

And even if you could create some snow for the city I don't think Forstaag, the Nord, will react any differently to you.

I guess he's there because he's just not used to the hot (as compared to Skyrim) temperatures, or maybe as a joke, considering how many naked nords you can find paralyzed all over the island
