I've been wanting to try out a Telvanni wizard and want to specialize in alteration so I don't have to buy scrolls or whatnot for those darn Telvanni buildings! I want to make my character mainly Telvanni, or maybe Mages Guild too, so I want to find the levitation spell quickly, and not spend money on travelling when I'm looking for it and have none left for the spell . Does anybody know if there's a levitation spell that you can buy in Balmora, or around there...?

Levitate can be purchased at the balmora mages guild from Marayn Dren, or from Fevyn Ralen Make in the Telvanni waistworks in Vivic City. These are the weak ones nearby, there are other one's that are stronger. I recommend using these and then when you get more powerful, make a better one.
