Does anyone know if the Xbox strategy guide will work for the PC version? I've been looking everywhere and haven't been able to find one for the PC.
Thanks

I am pretty sure that it will. I am not 100% sure though.

Gamebanshee hosts a free one that's pretty comprehensive.

Yes, it will. Go to
http://www.gamespot.com and search "Kotor 2" and then click on the PC version. They have a number of strategy guides and other info. There is no significant difference between PC and Xbox versions other than the game has better graphics on PC and is a bit easier play due to a point and click interface. You really do need a mouse for complex roleplaying games, something a number of MMORPG games forgot (NOBODY likes to scroll through endless menus with a gamepad when they should be able to use the keyboard or scroll wheel to shortcut to the right one and click on it; FFXI, anyone?).

I've tried playing RPGs on my PC and just cannot get into them. They take waaaay too much time to sit there even in my very comfortable office chair for hours and hours on end with the mouse and keyboard (especially since I use them at work all day and my elbows & wrists get tired). On the other hand, while scrolling through menus with the xbox control pad might be a little cumbersome to someone used to point & click, I love being able to kick back on my sofa with pillows and a blanket. I can play almost endlessly this way. I know that real PC gamers don't even give this stuff a second thought, but for me, it's really hard to load up an RPG on the computer knowing how long I'm going to be sitting there if I do.
