XP Professional Problem

[I have recently upgraded tp XP Professional and know i cant install and play fall out 2 anymore is there any patchws out there that can help?
If only i had XP Home Edition i'd be fine but i went for the Professional Type DAMN!!!

Getting old games to work under XP can be tricky, because it isn't guarenteed that they work.
All I can tell you to try is using the compatability modes of WinXP, but there are reports from people who can't get Fallout2 to run under XP for various reasons.

could these problems come from fat32 and ntfs file system?
or too high hardware for the game
