You have to solve the riddle in the sewers below the Copper Coronet, but you have to kill the pet of the guy of the sewer, I forgot the name, and find another 3 object. And go to the pipes, after you click then in a correct order, you will receive the Lilarcar

Spoilers (a bit)
Ah, individually; Carsomyr (+5 etc.) only a Paladin can wield and,
Crom Frayer (+5 25 str.) but it takes four items to have Cromwell forge it.
The only other +5 weapon is the sling of Everard (which needs no ammo) and the Staff of the Magi (only +1 but can hit targets that require +5 weapons).
If you are looking to dual wield early in the game. Axes - Stonefire +3 (Bernard) and Dwarven throwing Axe +3 (from Ribald) Korgan looks good with these.
Long swords - Blade of the roses +3 (Bernard) and Sword of Balduran (Diedre/Joluv?).
Most underrated weapons : - Bow of Aruween +1 ?(Short Bow) 3 attacks per round (From Beast Master). Makes Nalia into a machine gunner in the early parts of the game (only trouble is keeping her stocked with arrows).
Sling of seeking +2 (Bernard?) give Jaheira/Aerie this and the Girdle of Hill Giant Strength (Ribald) and strength damage is added. I've seen 26 in one hit (not too shabby for a character who would otherwise be doing 2 or 3). Why not put a S 19 girdle on your 18/79 what ever fighter? Margins. 18/79 to 19 is +1/+3 (try gauntlets of weapon expertise instead) on S<16 is +3/+7 - full value (and gives a place to store all of the throwing axes for Korgan).
Curdis (was a Paladin now playing for the other team). Just my humble *solicited* opinion.

if you dual wield the stonefire and the dwarven throwing axe, you would have to keep the axe on its melee ability (you cant dual wield ranged weapons)it would be better to wield stonfire and the frostreaver +3(+1 frost damage, +1 poison damage,)

Not the most powerful, but they are my favorite: Daystar and Adjatha the Drinker +2. Daystar rocks undead and Adjatha makes you invuln. to vampire domination. My undead hunter waltzes thru vampires with this.

celestial fury and blackrazor is a lethal dual wield combo

I like the flail of ages a lot. It deals different damage types, slowes opponents without saving throw and most importantly it is available *early* in the game - what is the point of getting an uber-weapon if there are none to fight?
Another nice weapon is the tansheron's bow +3. Shooting +3 arrows and never running out is a good thing, and it too is available early in the game...
Edit : Btw, your caps lock key is broken!

Dwarwen thrower is no axe, it's a warhammer. Makes a good weapong for dwarwen clerics.

Minsc has really taken a liking to the Flame of the North, a 2Handed Sword+2 which confers 10% MR.

From between Ch.2 and Ch.6, my half-orc barbarian was dual-wielding the Flail of Ages and the Frostreaver Axe (I got lucky in my choice of specializations). Until Crom Faeyr, there hasn't really been anything to replace either (I specialized in hammer as the game moved along).

I think that u forgot Haer'Dalis's two short swords(Entropy and ******* , bad with names).
I had him in my party and trough all game I haven't found a better short swords. It's shame that only he can use them.

Chaos and Entropy.
Not bad. There is +2 shortsword that casts 12 second haste. A +1 sword that casts miror image. A +2 one with speed of zero, and the shortsword +3.
H'D's aren't *that* good. Pretty groovy as starting weapons though.

Nothing can beat the hitting power of the Carmosyr. Crom Faeyr is also nigh unbeatable in the hands of a grand master of hammers. For mages the Staff of Magi is the best. The best long sword is Daystar. The Celestial Fury is also really really good.
On an unrelated note. My experience has shown me that a mage with the staff of magi, that helmet that complete escapes my memory at the moment that gives you silmulcrim once a day. Two rings of Gaxx and one of the gauntlets/belts of giant/ogre power. unbeatable.

I've found the Silver sword quite fun to use. It's made short work of a number of bandits

Lilacor may be funny at first but after awhile it is just plain annoying.
