Say "boo",and he will die from a heart attack.
Sorry, he is difficult to beat and i suject you use either the search button (near fqa) or go to gamebanshee, bgII, stategies on how you kill a dragon.

Drakron don't you know. You get a wand of cloudkill,if it has under 10 charges sell it and steal\buy it back, then you go to the dragon just out of his sight then you cast as many cloudkills with the wand until he is death. He will try to heal but be to late.

Why the peep does that count as cheating. Just name one thing about it that is cheating. Wand not cheating
Charges not cheating.
Standing out of his sight not cheating.
I mean the dragon is so stupid he won't get out of the cloud. That is not my fault.
So there

I wouldn't call it cheating. Its a design flaw or game world limitation.
It is *not* hack and slash. Which we like.
Whatever gets you throught the game. I prefer a hard-won fight, injured party members wading knee-deep in dragon spleen, splattered with draconic blood.
Not, 'better wait for that stench to clear before we cash in'.
Question - do you reload when a trap gets you or an enemy mage casts hold and someone wipes out half your party? They're doing the same thing you do to the dragon.

No I don't reload(okay once but that was in Torment I mean you just get a hell load of xp for a certain kinda trap later in the game)I like it if half my party is kicked, it just means that I can improve, espacially because of the resurrectin rod( can't spell) I mean you just undo the work of some super evil mage in mere seconds. I like it.

This is not cheating it is tactic. You don't mess with the game in any way if one finds an easier way to kill something it's ok. If I for instance see a wizard starting to bang up with all kinds of spells when I go in a room I go out and go back in when he has learned how to behave (spells worn off) this would be cheating too then. I know that it is very different what people see as cheating but as long as you don't use bugs and mess with the game I call it tactic.

One of the easiest ways to kill Fikraag is a suprising one. Use Magic missile with your mages if you cast enough it should take down his defences. The best thing to do is have all your people spread out a round him so the wing attack does not effect to many.

It may not be cheating, but it certainly takes no skill. Don't try to find flaws in the game. Don't try to find loopholes in the rules. Try to beat the game within the rules. How much skill does it take to take a wand and fire it at the edge of your line of sight. Doing this may give you some minor amusement, but that's it. Beating him in battle gives some real satisfaction.

This argument has been done to death.
This is the definitive answer:
It is alright to cheat so long as you have beaten the game at least once!
No more argument, no more hyperbole, that is it finished, finite, Fin

My opinion still stands but i could have said it a little bit more appreciating of other peoples feelings and i could have been less abusive.

All I have to say is pierce magic, slow, lower resist, and that level 6 priest spell summon insects. Easy way to kill him. Get all spell casters outta there as his fireball is quite harmful. You should also cast resist fear. that wand of cloudkill way is a sign that you a weak. DO it the proper way.

Don't you think its cool how Firkragg can walk around as a human? Is it an illusion or a polymorph?
Imagine if he reverted to dragon form in the copper coronet and went ape-sh*t?
Heh heh.

Ladies and gent's
Maybe mr Sleep was kinda mean but he 's got a point: This topic has been a major in more than a dozen threads. Everyone can kill a draggie anyway he wants. Eather with a wand, or hacking'through or even with faketalk.
Still, if you really wanna enjoy the game, use your brain, read some posts and try it the hard way.
Period. That's it.
That is my opinion (an, as I and dirty Harry say "opinions are like arse***es, everybody 's got one).
