Sorry for this post, feel free to close it or whatever if it seems totaly pointless >_<
This happened to me the other day, and it sounds weird, but it scared me half to death
I was going to the orc lady in the Mage's Guild for the second quest of the main story, when she suddenly floats about a chest's height and then back down! This was probably just a glitch, I was just wondering if it happened to anyone else.

Haha I guess they didn't fix the glitch then; I'm playing PC.
Are you talking about that guy you have to poison for the Morag Tong who stays in the water?

I have seen many people fall into the river in Balmora. For example there is an ork and then a guard...I am sure that there is more but i don`t remember who and where..

Keep an eye out for any and all strider handlers falling off their perches, and landing, perfectly safe, below on the ground. I found one hanging around the wall of Balmora.

I've seen that before. I was jumping around like crazy and suddenly the guy next to me in Balmora wasn't there, but on the ground at the silt-strider's feet. Not only that, he was upright, but something was wrong with the colision portion of the engine, he was buried up to his knees in the ground from the fall.
I usually trick the people in Balmora into chasing me into that river and watch them drown. It's somewhat amusing when bored.

Sorry, another dumb quesiton not worth a serparate thread.>_<
I only hear the Dunmer going, "There's someone watching me. I can tell." Is it because the Dunmer are paranoid in general or..? The beast classes only hiss, and the Imperials are all like in a deep voice, "Greetings." I know the game programmers do this and stuff, but still... A little more voice options?

There are only a few voice options in MW. Oblivion is supposed to have a lot more, though that will likely take away from resources that could be put elsewhere in the game.

dear Oscuro-sol this is just something i read or heard i cant remeber but when the dumner say they feel someone watching i think it refers to the darkbrother hood or the tong guild but like i said i dont know for sure. probley not dark brotherhood cause it said it in the original on (XBOX). i think i read it in the guide book for the original.
