Just curious: how many quests do you have to do down there in order to get the dragon eggs? I've rescued Phaere, killed the priestess (don't remeber her name) for the fish in the tank, and killed the beholder. How much is left?

A few more- or as my husband asked- "You FINALLY got out of the Underdark?"If you want the spoilers for the main line of quests:

Phare is going to have you kill a patrol of gnomes (the impossible to speel name that starts with "sv")- You can have Soulfein leave and then talk the patrol leader out of his helm if you do the dialougue right.
Then Phare will have you kill Soulfein- you can also talk him out of this which is highly recommended for the later dragon egg quest
Then you will be introduced to a Matron Mother who will send you off for blood for a ritual- you can do the beholders, the Kao-Tu or the Mind Flayers.
Then starts the chain of treachery for the eggs- really short- after this you can take the eggs back to Adalon or whatever you choose to do based on your alignment.
I highly recommend reading the walkthrough at this site for UstNatha as well as for whichever blood quest you decide to do. there are also a few other quests that you can do for some goodies- missed a couple of them because I did the main quest too quickly.
Has anyone of good alignment everr killed all the drow somewhere along the line- considering trying that next time!!

I played a "good" party (reputation around 17) and when i completed the Adalon's eggs quest and was ready to left Ust Natha, the drow turned hostile. So i was forced to kill them all.I think my reputation didn't drop.
Perhaps the game considers killing the drow a good thing!

Thnx for the help Katrina. I've already read the walkthrough. Looks like there's not that much left then....
I'm getting really tired of the Underdark. I wanna get back to my dear old playhouse.
