Hy,
I was romancing Vici in SoA, when she finally broke up with me. I convinced her to stay in my party, but that's it. So now what? I've read that the romance with her continues in ToB, but how? Does it start automatically when I begin ToB, or is there something I have to do?

Íf you've chosen the right dialog options, then yes, the romance will continue like normal. You don't have to do anything yourself, except for simply continuing the game in ToB. She'll initiate dialog at one point.
