When can I get the lighsabre?

Hi, sorry for my impatience. but I just finished Telos and all I got is the emitter, which is the the 1 of 3 parts of the lightsabre, is that means I have to visit 3 more world inorder to get my sabre back?

Acctually it is kinda random, beacuse I got one of mine on Telos.
