I've seen a few signatures with quotes. I know you can wrap text in quotes, but how do you make it say who the original poster is?
If that makes any sense, thanks in advance.

You simply put say.... [QUOTE=Magrus] instead of just [QUOTE] for the first of them. The "=(insert Username)" gives you that.

Just try and make sure that you don't place to many quotes, or to large quotes in your signature.
Try and keep it on a "respectable" scale - it is annoying when signatures take more space then posts.

I'm one of those people who scream real loud when signatures take up too much space...

The ancient and honorable rule from UseNet is this: No more than two lines, including the citation if there is one. Bigger than that, and your response had better always be bigger than your .sig.

I like your sig. It's true and a lot of people ignore that. I won't complain one bit about it being there.

No problem. I have some music that relates to that, but the band uses some very harsh lyrics about the situation and I really can't post them in the lyrics thread. Shame, the music isn't that good but the message is.
