I'm playing for the first time as a Nosferatu and I'm stuck. It looks like all the quests I need to do involve going downtown. I don't know how to get there. I guess I need to go via the sewers but I can't find how to get out of the Santa Monica sewers. I need help. How do I get downtown?

Have a look around in the sewers. There are maps everywhere, most of them show you where you are in Santa Monica. One of them is different and will have 'Santa Monica' and 'Downtown' on it. Now click on Downtown to go there.

Actually, as a Nos, you have to talk to Bertram in the abandoned oil tank. He'll give you a guide to the sewers. That will open up the various portals you need to get from place to place. Then you can get down-town (and everywhere else, when the time comes).
