mouse look won't look!!

mouse look won't look!!

anyone have a problem with the mouse look? i can look left and right but when i try to look up and down, it just moves me forward and backwards..., i tried to reset the control defaults and that didn't work... any suggestions?

Keyboard Options

Have you checked the key board options; make sure that you don't have an "alternative" key mapped as well?
