a friend sent me this url: http://www.gorgonbox.com . it's a bunch of puzzles but doesn't say what they are for. one of them unlocked this url that points to a 3d rendered video clip:

any ideas what this is? looks like it could be a game trailer. maybe ps2? the font is all sony.

Well now how the hell did you get that video to play, because I've been fiddling with the site for a while and I can't make heads or tails of it. It's really neat looking but damn, I can't figure it out.

So you play the game, and one of the "rewards" you see is an advertisement for another game...? This seems awfully self-serving, as well as pointless.

i'm trying to remember what the puzzle solution was. i'm not really sure. i think i got the first puzzle by moving those rivets around. that gave me an 800 number, and i think that gave me a bunch of letters and numbers and a date. i put that into the 'encrypt/decrypt' thing and out popped the video.

it's not really a game, the 'rewards' seem to be pointing to something bigger. like the puzzles are just regular old flash, but the video clip is clearly from a console game or a movie.

I saw some promos for this at E3...it's a game that supposedly the US Navy has something to do with (?) I dunno, if everything looks as cool as that little movie, I'd probably get it.
